Inside the
console

Every screen below is the actual product, captured from a working promotion. Nothing here is a mock up of something we intend to build.

Dashboard

The whole show on one screen

Open it on fight week and the number that matters is already there. Sold, gross, what settles to you after every fee, and how much of the house your fighters moved.

  • Cash and card counted in the same ledger, not two spreadsheets
  • Admissions a day since the card went on sale
  • A fighter leaderboard tracing every ticket back to who sold it
  • The last orders as they land

Build your venue

Your room, drawn to scale

Put the ring, cage or mat where it actually sits, then lay tables and seating around it in metres. Sell allocated seats off the same plan the door works from.

  • Ring, cage or mat, positioned and measured
  • Round, rectangle, eight or ten seat tables placed individually
  • Rooms saved once and reused on every card you run there
  • Blocked positions for camera and production

Tickets

Price it, allocate it, put it on sale

Ticket types with a price, how many you are selling and how many people each one admits. A table of ten is one ticket and ten admissions.

  • On sale, scheduled or hidden, per type
  • A per order limit so nobody clears your ringside in one go
  • A type that has sold is hidden rather than deleted, because the ticket somebody holds refers to it
  • Nothing can go on sale until there is something to sell

Reporting

Numbers you can hand to an accountant

Across one card or every card you have ever run. Gross, net to you, total fees, average ticket, and the channel mix behind it.

  • Event by event, with capacity and status
  • Sales momentum across the whole promotion
  • Fees broken out so the effective rate is never a guess
  • Export to CSV or download a PDF

Fighter tracking

Who sold what, and who is owed

Every athlete, every show, and their whole history with you. Commission earned against commission paid, and cash they are still holding.

  • Per show and lifetime, side by side
  • Their deal on each card, per ticket or a share of face value
  • What you owe them, netted against cash they have not handed in
  • Settle up in one place with a ledger behind every number

Settling up

No argument on fight week

Both sides look at the same figure. What they earned, what they collected, what is left in either direction.

  • One position per fighter or per team
  • Cash in and commission out recorded as they happen
  • The fighter sees the same number on their own phone
The settle up screen showing each fighter's position
Box office

Issue a ticket by hand

Cash at the gym, a card on the terminal, a comp for an official. Whatever you issue here carries a real QR and scans at the door like any other ticket.

  • Credit the sale to a fighter or a team as you take it
  • Counts against the same allocation as an online sale
  • Cash tender can be switched off entirely

Orders

Every sale, traceable

Who bought it, how they paid, which fighter's link it came through, and what it left you after fees.

  • Online, fighter, cash, comp and terminal in one list
  • Searchable by name, reference or fighter
  • Refunds free the seat the moment they go through

The door

Any phone is a scanner

Nothing to install. Door staff open a link and start scanning, and you watch the room fill from the office.

  • Duplicate and invalid tickets called out immediately
  • Live count of who is in the building
  • Works on the crew's own phones

Run your next card on it

The money lands in your own Stripe account. Nothing to install, and nothing held back until weeks after the show.
